Its a little dated

Location, size of room, comfort, price.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Location was excellent on a peaceful street. The terrace was lovely to have and the suite was definitely spacious.

Sadly, value for the price was lacking compared to many other suites we have booked throughout Manhattan. There were leaky fixtures on ALL plumbing and it was evident that some interesting “band aid repairs” had been made. There were odd blue drips coming down one wall, dust from the ceiling falling upon one area of the living room floor, neither tv worked (my husband fixed one as he is a tech engineer), peeling paint on bathroom ceiling and some odd quirks that left the suite feeling a big aged and cheap in spite of the $3k cost for 3 nights.

Very spacious room with pretty much everything needed. Fantastic location, within walking distance of Central Park, Grand Central and Fifth Ave, etc. The staff were very friendly too. Would definitely recommend.

While we were pleased with our room overall, it did feel a little dated and did not look like the photos. Not a complaint, as we still really enjoyed our stay, but just something to be aware of.Guests who need a crib/pack-and-play for a baby/toddler should note that the hotel does not have these (despite what is stated on Booking). We managed to get by for 3 nights with the small folding bed provided for our 2-yr old daughter, but it was not ideal.

It is a wonderful place in a nice location. Me and my wife chose the room with a balcony. The view was towards other buildings and jo street view, but the balcony is very big. The room itself had 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 tvs, 1 in bedroom other in living room. A walk-in closet in the bedroom, with a king-size bed. 3 heater units that you can use to make it hot or cold. The room was nicely heated when we checked in. Kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, coffee machine( not k cup so bring ground coffee.) Overall great experience. With doorman downstairs. Location is very nice also, recommended !!

We splurged and paid extra and booked a 1 bed apartment so we could cook. The photos are misleading and the kitchen is so small you could barely move, it’s like a cupboard. The oven is a tiny bench top thing. Only 2 glasses, plates, forks etc. not made for families.We were first in a room that was decorated appalling and we couldn’t stay in it. Mirrors everywhere. We requested to be moved, which they did the next day.We had also requested a rollaway bed, which we did not have for the first night so it was an uncomfortable night. The staff did help but unfortunately the first night was a disaster.
