Boutique Hotel, rooms are well appointed and have everything you need. Quiet.

I can't think of a single thing that I did not like.

Great location and plenty of amenities. Breakfast was very good with numerous options.

The small room was well arranged and elegantly appointed, with a high quality mattress and bed linens. It also was quiet. The small bathroom was likewise elegant and functional. The hotel's common rooms and its French restaurant, which served as a breakfast room, were very attractive. The breakfast included with the room cost was excellent, and coffee was available for takeaway too. The hotel's location in Greenwich Village near Washington Square Park was very good for walking to many attractions, and also was convenient to the West 4th Street subway station with many lines. The area also has many parking garages, including across the street. The hotel's staff were very friendly and helpful. The room featured complimentary snacks and drinks.

The small size of the room meant that it lacked counter space, desk space, a dresser, and any seating other than the bed. The bathroom also lacked counter space. Television options were limited. The cost was high.

for 4 stars i expected simple amenities to be a no brainer...no body wash in the shower? we were left a hand soap instead and when we asked staff about it they looked at us like we were crazy for asking about it. no room service but a bar and restaurant on site? make that one make sense. rooms are tiny, which, it's nyc so no worries but a view of a brick wall? not even a street? makes a small room feel even smaller. for us, it was just a lot of little things that made us scratch our head at the price point. seems like the decor is where the hype comes from...it's definitely pretty and the lobby area too but i expected a lot more from this place and felt very let down

We will be back! Great location - the common areas are very inviting and cozy - a great place to hang out. Continental Breakfast was included. Rooms are very small / dorm like but beautifully decorated with crown molding on the ceiling-and modern twists.

Room size - the room was ok for one person - not even room for a chair. However, I was surprised how quiet the room was in such a busy neighborhood.

Room was very cozy and well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable with high thread count sheets. Everything was very clean and the mood in the lobby was inviting. Fantastic location with excellent accessibility to subway station and Washington Square Park around the corner.

The rooms are TINY. I upgraded to a Deluxe Queen felt a little less claustrophobic than the regular Queen room. I was quite cold in the room during my visit in February. The heating was very inefficient (very old building). The service and staff was a bit of mixed bag. Wonderful waiter at breakfast and was offered a water while waiting for a cab. The front desk staff was somewhat stand-offish but generally accommodating and helpful.
