The hotel is very close to Bryant Park and the subway station. Times Square, 5th Avenue, and Broadway are all within a 10-minute walk. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hallways and shared bathrooms were clean. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soup (all are instant) and bagels were offered in the lobby every morning.
My room window faced the wall and my door wouldn't lock from inside, but I didn't feel unsafe.

The front staff were super nice. The location was great.
Well there was rat poop on the ground of our room, there was a weird stain on one of the blankets, the whole floor smelled like fish/ a urinal and the shared bathrooms were disgusting. Also I HATE THE ELEVATOR. SO TINY. TOO TINY.

- super central- VERY reasonable pricing for center of Manhattan- I am a light sleeper but slept like a baby. The rooms to the back are pretty quiet
- nothing that I didn't like, for this price you should basically expect a youth hostel which it kind of is but for that it's a pretty nice one

The room was clean. I was afraid of the shared bathrooms, but they were new and always clean. Pleasantly surprised by the sink and mirror in the room itself. Good location.
Our room was facing the street, and it was really noisy. It was not possible to fully close the windows due to a gap at the top. Could not sleep without earplugs so I recommend you get them.

The location is great and so is the staff at the hotel (staff at the front desk, as well as the housekeeping team), they were super friendly and helpful! Thanks to them there was a very nice atmosphere and I really enjoyed my stay. My single room was very small but there was a sink and AC, even an iron, so comfortable enough for me. The bathrooms were always clean. There was also light breakfast available every morning. If you're not looking for a fancy place to stay but something more budget friendly and worth recommending this will be a perfect choice.

The location is perfect in the theater district. Anywhere you'd need to get is within walking distance. For the price and location it's pretty great.
Not necessarily a "dislike" but the rooms are very small. Perfect if you're looking for just a place to rest at the end of the day.

The location of the hotel was excellent.
Bed was a little too small and I didn't like the sharing of the bathrooms with other hotel guest. That was something new to me.
