You can’t beat the location. Very clean, nice hotel. We stayed with our baby, and hotel provided crib.

The staff in the lobby restaurant were really nice and friendly. The room was small even though it was a corner room and supposed to have good views of landmark sites. The room was clean enough. However, the bed was like a hammock and offered no support at all.

Location is excellent for exploring the city. Near enough to times sq but far enough away too away from the madness! Rooms are good, had 2 beside each other. Bar is lovely- had complimentary drinks. Stayed for 4 nights with family. Gym is very good, even the teens were very impressed. Staff were lovely.

I always stay there when I go to New York…several times a year. It’s an awesome location and everyone is great. I will continue to stay there and I always recommend it to friends.

Loved this hotel! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to NYC. The staff were always very kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and checkout a little later. The room was a good size, the beds were super comfy and the hotel was clean. The location is excellent, only a few minutes was from Grand Central station and all the shops/attractions. Very convenient to get the subway too! The area in general felt safe too. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

I stay here every 1-2 months. It’s a wonderful location and has a great and friendly staff. I feel like it’s the perfect place to stay in NYC.
