The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice. It appeared to be clean.
The carpet in our room was wet, so wet that when we took off our shoes, our socks got wet and when walking around before bed the rug was wet enough that we had to get into bed with wet feet.

The rooms were nice, and the beds were comfortable.
The location was in a run down questionable part of town, bordering Chinatown. There was a constant fish smell in the elevators and hallways from the Asian grocery store that shared the building.

Location was ideal, close to Chinatown and Little Italy and good restaurants. Also, just a few short blocks to 24-hour parking which had decent rates. Breakfast had oatmeal and toast which is enough for me. For how noisy the city can be, my room was surprisingly quiet and I was able to get good sleep.
The hotel doesn't have an area to unload luggage. The day I arrived, I had to double-park and beg for the front desk to someone out to take my luggage so I didn't have to drag my luggage from the parking garage to the hotel. I don't mind making that short walk without luggage, but being burdened with luggage makes me feel vulnerable and a target. The kitchen ran out of caffeinated tea after day 1. Thankfully, I carry some in my luggage. On my last day, the fire alarm came on at around 5 or 6am (two very bright lights: room and bathroom). I called the desk and they said it was a false alarm and to ignore it, which I couldn't because flashing lights are a migraine trigger. I hid under the blanket for hours then called the desk again. Still no resolution. I asked if they could cover the lights. They sent someone and covered it with a blanket. I was able to get dressed and go to breakfast but a migraine had already started. I asked for a late checkout because I had to sleep off the migraine and take Rx for it. They didn't charge me for it. When I awoke 3 hours later, the blanket had fallen off and the lights were still flashing. I called the desk again. This time, someone taped both lights until none bled through. Those lights flashed for 8-9 hours.

Good location, easy check in and comfortable room.
At breakfast they used disposable plates, cups and cutlery. This seems like a big environmental sustainability issue for such a large hotel (and part of a big chain as well).

Excellent! Very clean and the staff was super friendly. Great location with easy connections by metro and bus. Breakfast was sufficient, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
The bed for 3rd person was not good. To small and not comfortable. So this room for 2 person is ok but for 3 not perfect :(

Great location
Breakfast is a little bit limited. It's ok for 2 or 3 days, otherwise there is not much options.
