This 5-star hotel, located in the center of Manhattan, is only a 10-minute walk to Times Square. The elegant hotel features a 24-gym, on-site restaurant and in-room refrigerator. - Location
- Nice size rooms for NYC. Very comfortable beds. Nice bar area. Lovely holiday decorations. Staff is excellent.
- they assured us we would have adjoining rooms and text when they are ready as we arrived before 1pm. At 430 they never texted us but two different rooms on different floors were ready. We reminded them of what they told us hours earlier.
Cons -
- Customer service was horrible
- The worst most uncomfortable pillows I have ever slept on Avoid
- Small nit. Tried to check our folio on TV only to have the folio for the room next door come up. Notified the desk.
