Location and decor. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
Housekeeping not up to standard, bins not emptied daily and coffee facilities not maintained. Landings not cleaned and rubbish not removed from corridors. Glasses from other guests left outside our room for days despite our request for them to be removed.

Beautiful hotel. Great service. Lovely area, tucked away so it was very quiet in the room.
Excessive Room service charges so the $30 free credit was smoke in mirrors

the staff was super rude and not willing to help at all, despite I explained they cancelled our flight reason why we checked in at 2am and they were not even minimum supportive or trying to make our stay enjoyable. never again.

Great location, beautiful hotel! Everyone at the hotel (Angel the valet, front desk, Mario at the bar) was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great location. Beautiful hotel including lobby and room. Very clean. Bathroom was great with strong water pressure. Walk in shower was very well maintained. Higher end fixtures, towels, bedding, etc.
Food in the hotel wasn't great but plenty of options to eat near the hotel.

Rooms are very nice and cosy. Bed is comfortable. Hotel overall is very nice to stay in, location also good.
The checkout experience was unpleasant. The reception staff was not friendly at all. Pretty much personal attitude but enough reason to not come back to this hotel.
