The location was perfect. Close to the places we wanted to be and easy access to the subway to get anywhere else.

The AC was not working. No matter how low we put the thermostat, the temperature just kept going up. If it had been summer this would have been a huge issue.
You can hear every single sound from the hall and other rooms for your room
They did not have my reservation and took an hour to verify it. They did not have hot water. We had to shower in freezing water.
