Best Western Plus Soho Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring New York City. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a pleasant interior. The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful. Overall, it was a quiet and comfortable place to stay with great value for the price.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met my expectations and the stay was very pleasant.

The location is excellent! 5’ walk from the canal station which takes you directly to times square etc!There was free coffee any time of the day at the reception.Free water at the reception as well, for refills or cups

The breakfast was served in plastic plates and bowls. No coffee machine at the breakfast area, only filter coffee available.It was the same breakfast on rotation everyday.

The staff were friendly and helpful

The room had a steady flow of small flies coming through the bathroom air vent. The bed sheets were stained and the pillows were uncomfortable and lumpy. Extremely over priced and poor quality. Would not stay again.

The hotel is nice, really good location. Clean, spacious rooms for Tribeca. Staff was helpful.

Breakfast paper plates, and food selection is very budget level for a Best Western.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and everything was perfectly clean. Our room had a modern design and was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection of basic hot and cold options, you could even make your own waffles, which we really liked. It was more than enough for us.The location is great, right next to the metro, and there are plenty of shops around. Yes, it’s in Chinatown, so the area is quite busy and full of street vendors, but we never felt unsafe at any time. On the contrary, the atmosphere was lively and interesting. There are also many excellent restaurants nearby – some of the best Chinese food we’ve ever had!

What we didn’t like was that the window in our room was broken and couldn’t be fully closed. Because of that, the room was noisier than it would have been otherwise, and we could constantly hear the sound of the ventilation system outside.Unfortunately, the rooms are not well soundproofed, so you can hear activities from neighboring rooms. The biggest issue, however, was the constant slamming of doors in the hallway, which woke me up several times during the night.The hotel offers earplugs, which is a nice gesture, but unfortunately, I can’t sleep with them in for the whole night.

Rooms were quite nice, basic but had all the amenities that we were looking for. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The front desk was also very accommodating and we were able to drop off our bags before check-in and we were able to do an early check-in. The location was also very close to the subway for ease of transport.

The surroundings were a little unexpected, it could feel unsafe especially during the nighttime.

There was nowhere to sit down in the room other than the bed. We stayed for 14 nights and some point it was very uncomfortable.

The breakfast was not great, but this seems to be a problem throughout the Us. Fresh fruits and bread just don’t exist. It’s alright though, there are many great Brunch spots nearby.

Staff was great. Location is super convenient. Very clean rooms.

The only problem we saw was that the TV wouldn’t work. But I’m sure the staff would have helped if we called them about it.
