Slow elevators, hot water was hit or miss and small rooms.
I booked a 2 bedroom and was given a 1 bedroom
Unfortunately, one of the two elevators was out and that caused a lot of delay. The staff and chief engineer were very apologetic and were working to get it up a running but still was a PITA!
