- The location is fantastic. On-site bar/restaurant was nice and convenient. It's quite nice, if you just need a convenient, clean base in NYC.
- The people that work at this Hotel made me feel like royalty , complete first class staff , excellent knowledge of the surroundings area ,I like that !
- Customer service was OVER the top!!! GREAT food also!!
Cons -
- SMALL (which was to be expected because it's NYC). No storage other than a few tiny shelves and small rod that acts as an open closet. Very tight for 2 people. I specifically booked a room with a refrigerator and there wasn't one in the room.
