- This hotel is immaculate. Staff was superb. Amenities are top notch. Biggest room I've ever stayed in in NYC. It was very quiet in that part of the city.

Cons -
- The roof was not open. Would have wanted to see the water. It's more of a walk to the subway station than I'm used to.
- Most of the staffs are nice, but one lady is not nice. First night, we inquired about the hot water issue, but it was not properly addressed, and the response was unprofessional. Additionally, inconvenienced by a continuous beeping sound in the room.
- The nearest subway was too far away, the toilet flush was broken, and water was running all night. The staff walked in at night without knocking.
