- Location was great. Style of hotel is beautiful. Staff friendly helpful and kind. Bed and pillows comfortable.

Cons -
- I know it?s nyc but the hotel room was on the smaller side. Curtain for black out in room did not fully close on the track
- The additional ?resort fee? felt excessive as there aren?t many bells and whistles at this hotel. No fridge in the room. You have to cast from your device to watch the tv. No real amenities that warrant a ?resort fee?.
- i don't really view it as a 4 star. the cleaninless wasn't really up to standard. some of the fixtures seemed extremely cheap looking (for example, the sink and the hair dryer cabinet).
