Burrstone Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Loved the beer garden within the hotel!

It could have been because of the big snow storm but it felt understaffed. The staff that were working were working very hard and the operation of the hotel was very smooth but it did feel like they could have used more staff.

I left a bathrobe in the bathroom of 150, and it’s impossible to get hold of a person on the phone to inquire as to asking them to ship it to me.

We were put In a handicap ♿️ room and never requested one. Too few towels

Stains on yhe carpet around the bed. People outside smoking pot in front of our ac till late at night so our room smelled like pot

Great Breakfast. Friendly Staff

The room had a smell.. kind of like old dog or something similar. The window did not have a sufficient privacy curtain, especially since parking was directly outside the window. The bathroom had no ventilation and everything was damp the entire stay.

Breakfast was inadequately equipped. Staff acted like you were a burden. Things broken and missing in room.

I thought I left money in my room. The staff went above and beyond to help me find it. As I was leaving the lovely young housekeeper was leaving with items she had found in roomers behind. I found my money, and found faith in people after that experience!

The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant/bar and excellent hot breakfast and friendly staff made for a perfect stay.

It could use some minor updating, such as new seats in the lobby/lounge.

Quiet room. Bed was comfortable.

Hall rugs - old, dirty. Breakfast choices were only ok. Not a fan of the scrambled eggs. The sausage patties were great. Yogurt cups would be better than the large container that everyone shares. More fruit choices would be good too. Attendant was great.

Lighting in the room dim , hard to read or crochet.

Filter for AC needed cleaned, it smelled of smoke.

The door or the frame was warped and let in a lot of cold air at night

The window was broken and the room very cold My husband stuffed the open areas with towels and we turned the heat up high We were offered a different room but that room was very cold and the first room had warmed up sufficiently that we could sleep

The staff is just outstanding. They were very helpful and super nice. I really had a good experience with everyone I encountered. The lobby was very welcoming as well

The room was good however, the bathrooms need an upgrade. The carpet looked like it was time. The room entry door strike plate was missing & the latch was only being latched by the steel door frame. That was concerning. It was still a decent room though

The Continental breakfast was OK. They couldve offered more fruits.

Bedsheets stained and smelled like body odor. The vent in the bathroom was caked with dusting gunk. I have a picture to prove it. The water pressure was terrible. I get more water pressure for my garden hose.

Pets are welcome but they charge $85. Rooms are exceptionally small.

Coffee and Tea in the lobby, nice televisions in room and bed was above average

The property restaurant was closed even though advertised as open. Spent $100+ down the street at bar/restaurant. They would have had a good day saw people all afternoon trying to come in to go to bar and restaurant on busy sports day.

.They had young hockey players staying for the same weekend we were there. Their behavior was unacceptable in a public place. They were running up and down the hallway and banging on doors. This was after 10: 00 Pm

The front desk were polite. I did have to wait 20 minutes for the room but they were very polite. Thanks

They are short staffed which shows but their service is still great.
