- Family in the room next door was loudly on the phone late at night
- We requested a new bulb for a lamp. 3 hours later, 2nd request. It finally got fixed. The beds were too soft and so high up that my wife had to jump to get into bed. We had a room with 2 queen beds. There was only room for one chair in room.
- Halls not vacuumed any day, debre on the rugs my whole 5 days stay, had issues getting soap, fresh towels, staff not speaking English is a problem.
