- Garbage in the hallways, room was moldy and smelly, toilet didn’t flush. No phone in the room and the staff told me I couldn’t put toilet tissue in the toilet.
- The room smelled like straight cigarettes. The blankets were covered in some black substance. The staff will enter your room late at night with no knocking or saying anything. We didn’t feel safe.
