  • The water didn?t get as hot as I?d like it to be when trying to take a shower. I spoke to the front desk and they did make every attempt to fix it and adjust the temperature but I believe it was an issue beyond their control. I didn?t change rooms.

The window shade was broken and the toilet didn¿t flush properly. But the worst was the manager¿s banging on the door in the morning claiming we didn¿t pay our bill. Of course we¿d paid, but apparently there was a computer error. Unbelievable rudeness
