Location
Spa, many things were out of order for repair for weeks. Such as sau a, hot tub etc
Very relaxing, nice wind down facility.
Unfortunately our next to last night we observed a mouse run across the lobby into one of the food establishments and it was quite disappointing to say the least.
Hot tub, fire place, scent, staff, yoga, cleaningness
The pool was cold
Food
The luxury. Architecturally well done. Beautiful setting
Felt safe during this very challenging time
The staff. Every single person I met and interacted with was excellent! They made me feel like I was the only hotel guest. The amenities were great and the food was delicious!!!
