Breakfast completely empty, they took it off even 10min after the promised time. Really bad experience

Everything ::: offer a fantastic stay with its prime location, friendly staff, and exceptionally clean rooms. The comfortable beds and great breakfast buffet made it a perfect choice

The temperature in the room was to hard to moderate. Kept the temp at 73 but most of the time it was too hot and other times it was too cold.

Me and my family loved the staff and the amazing breakfast they prepare each day for the customers. It is well maintained and the staff are happy to help and made sure our stay was great.

We noticed there was a bit of hair left over from previous people. I believe the cleaning staff does a great job as this is something that is inevitable especially in restrooms. But, that was the only issue. I

There had been a local water break and a boil water alert. Management should have been more judicious in serving coffee and juice for breakfast. SHAMEFUL.

Yes, I didn't like having kids jumping off the beds and running back and forth on the floor above our room, it lasted until about 10:30 p.m.

My room was filled with hair; dingy wash clothes, stained towels and bedding. Hair was everywhere. Phone did not work in the room. Managed never return email about complaint.

Couldn't the high as hi as I want and every once in awhile a blast of cold air would come from the heater.

The bathroom was to die for. Very upgraded and clean. Staff were very pleasant. I didn't have breakfast as my convention provided same. Loved the peacefulness and quiet.

Nothing not to like. I would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend this hotel. One thing I would have liked was a receipt after I stayed. I was sent to the 3rd party where I booked even though I paid at the property.

Did not have room IO requested, tried to put me in a sub par room, when I threatened to just leave they came up with a room. Desk staff was not ready to meet my needs, but in all fairness after the hastle checking in, the rest ok, Housekeeping great
