Cons -
- We were extremely disappointed due to the lack of response in dealing with problems we encountered when we arrived at the room. There was no on-site manager available at 4 PM for check in and we had a non-working television. No callback was received.
- shower had water coming from both shower head and bottom spout, causing a backup of water in the tub, a waste of water and not appropriate standing in a foot high water. TV control remote should be a one remote easy control
- no staff on call after the office closed . No emergency number or contact. I was locked out of my room for two hours in the freezing cold¿¿. No one called or came to fix the broken to get me back in my room¿¿¿¿¿¿. Epic fail on managements part ¿¿¿¿¿¿

We checked out on Monday I wish it couldâ≢ve been a later check out 1pm
We are very upset as this rooms photos were misleading. There was 2 rooms with beds in the photos and upon arrival there was one bed and a couch. Is there anyway we can get a partial refund? This was a first impression kind of situation and it went bad
It was clean. The place was beautifully decorated. Top Notch
The location is amazing.
The couch was terrible to sit on. They need to replace and update the furniture.
