- I loved the lounge area. I was able to meet friends there and we enjoyed the space
- The staff, modern set-up and unlimited coffee.
- It was nice and clean looking. I loved the look of the lobby
Cons -
- I did not like the no couch rule.
- The receptionist could not find my reservation. It took over 30 minutes to get us situated in a room and we came at two in the morning. We finally got checked in and the room heat did not turn on.
- Unprofessional, abusive staff
