No refrigerator no microwave jn room no elevator had to walk up steps staff rude

It was old. It was falling apart. The pillowcase has stain. The sheet had a stain. The bathroom door didn’t close and there was no key to the door so if I walked out, I’d be locked out.

Everything was old. Peeling paint in the room, blankets were old and thin, no fridge.

They have smoking rooms

The reception doesn't speak good English; the rooms are all dingy and dirty and smelly! Worst of all the heating unit made so much noise all night I had to turn it off and chose to freeze so that I can get a good nights rest!

Nothing would have rather slept in my car

Yeah the place was undesirable bathroom was dirty still from previous occupants there was used bar hand soap in the bathroom on the counter the room had mice traps there was no refrigerator nor microwave if I wanted to get food

There wasn¿t anything to like at all. It was horrible. The agent at the check in was so rude. The room was dirty, dirty sheets, the bed had bugs all over. The bathroom was not clean at all. I didn¿t even shower when I woke up

Older premises, it's an old motel,wouldn't describe it as a hotel

NOTHING! This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. If you like holes in your walls, rooms filled with mold, stained sheets, floors so dirty your shoes stick, then this is the hotel for you!

EVERYTHING! It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Beyond dirty and was clearly being used for smecks (if you get my drift) work. Do not bring your children there!

It has on site parking.

I didn't like the room, the bed was dirty (mattress when checked), smelled of moisture doorknob coming off on bathroom.

This an older style hotel w/ most room doors facing the parking lot. The rooms are slightly dated but clean. Details such as higher quality tissues and toilet paper were a nice touch. Continental breakfast was very nice with wonderful bagels!

There is quite a bit of road noise in the rooms closest to the hotel entrance. We heard the LIRR trains, motorcycles, and noisy mufflers. Otherwise the room was adequate and clean.
