- For being in in NYC this is a excellent hotel for the price . We'll be back.
- Friendly staff.
- Great location to use public transportation to go to downtown New York City. The hotel was very clean and had friendly staff.
Cons -
- Would have liked a discount for Hotel guests at the parking Garage next door .
- Our room was right next to the elevator. It made a loud noise that sounded like a cough every time it moved. The elevator was obviously in use all hours with varying frequency. Made sleep difficult to get.
- The wardrobe closet was too small because they put a security safe in the wall which caused the hanging clothes to be cramped. The space to put open luggage is very limited.
