- View of the lake was nice but very noisy with loud children screaming, yelling, and arguing in front of the room very early in the morning- not a peaceful or enjoyable atmosphere. I would recommend staying at a hotel off the Main Street-close & peaceful.
- Love the staff and the whole hotel
- Location is the best feature. Heart of downtown. Free wifi. Underground garage parking free. Staff friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant that is more than adequate.
Cons -
- Front desk staff was rude, obnoxious & not helpful at check in. Very noisy, dusty-in the middle of construction- Wasted a lot of time. Room was not ready at 4pm & dirty when we checked in- beds uncomfortable-need new mattresses.
