Barberry Court Motel &Cabins

Pros +

• For the most part it was quiet
• Very clean, owner is very nice, property is great
• They have a fridge, microwave, pool and they¿re a .7 mile walk from lake George¿s downtown and the lake. I liked that it was further away so it was more quiet. I also liked that it was next to a pizza place.

Cons -

• It looked like there was poop on the wall in the bathroom. It¿s apparent that they have a black mold issue likely due to the bathroom lacking a working fan and proper room circulation. Mold on shower curtain, walls, etc. We left the door open to air out.
• Both nights never had enough actual bath towels, instead small ones. The rooms by the office is where I¿m guessing owners live and we¿re very loud in the morning could hear them over the tv. Office wasn¿t on site.
• The fridge did not really work nothing stayed cold. The room had a musty smell was not to bad after airing it out. We were really up set that they advertised a playground and it was torn down. The shower was not the best either.
