- Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to Highway, restaurants and skiing. Pool and hot tub were warm and comfortable.

- Our bathroom floor needed to be cleaned better. Long brown hairs on floor. Dirt in the tertured tile. Oh I'm a blonde
- Toilet was plugged with sh? front desk gave e plunger. Asked for another which had a dirty shower was unable to shower in the morning!!!
- Cleanliness and appearance. Pool had missing tiles, room itself was dirty with old hair in the bathroom.
