Located in the heart of Lake George village and close to Lake George, this hotel features free Wi-Fi and comfortable rooms equipped with a refrigerator. Lake George Beach State Park is 1 mile away. Cable TV is offered in each traditionally decorated room at Lake George Inn. Air-conditioning and heating are also provided. Coffee maker available on all rooms. Guests can swim in the seasonal heated outdoor pool or relax on the large deck. Laundry facilities are also available. Six Flags Great Escape & Splashwater Kingdom is 6 miles from The Lake George Inn and West Mountain Ski Center is 15 minutes’ drive.

Pros +
- Felt like a home: bedspread, linens, and decor were alpine themed and cozy, not the generic sanitized fare of most cheaper hotels.
- Clean
- It was quirky and cute and perfect for my needs as a single traveler.
Cons -
- Although the whole hotel was non-smoking, the ashtrays provided at the tables right outside the rooms encouraged people to smoke right outside, instead of having a designated smoking area at least 25 ft away from the building.
- Air conditioner loud, mini fridge didn't work, wall paper peeling
- they left my key to my room under the mat
