- Very comfortable bed. Wonderfully helpful and responsive staff

Cons -
- The heat did not work. It was very cold. Staff came to try to fix it but couldn?t. There were no other rooms available to switch us into. He assured us he would have manager come to our room at night when she came on. No one ever came. It was beyond cold
- There was nothing that I didn't like about the Hampton Inn in Kingston, NY. Wonderful in every way.
- Yes they did not clean the room. We had to call twice for towels
