Friendly staff, nice pool, excellent fitness area, good breakfast

Light timer in fitness room kept shutting off. Needed to get off the treadmill every time to engage motion censor.

The staff was amazing!

The bathroom floor was missing grout everywhere, there was a huge gross stain on the carpet between the bed and the tv, the floor lamp shade is white and was stained terribly. $200 seemed like a lot for it to be so run down in the room.

Yes. people above our had a child running and jumping until 10:30 pm. I called the front desk and it stopped. In the morning there was a dog barking. Hotel should reserve quiet blocks--no pets.

i had signed up for a room with a bath tub not just a shower only I was all unpacked by the time I realized there was not a tub. I was too tired to request a different room and have to pack up everything to move.

No speed level on a/c unit fan, just full blast. It was loud and right beside the bed.

Love the location.....half way on my trip to New Hampshire.

Not that I don't like the hotel, the only problem is the shade does not close all the way down to avoid the bright lights at the gas station/McDonalds.

There was trash in the hallway for 24 hrs, staff was not warm or welcoming, room smelled like smoke, door sticks making entry with key difficult, coffee was like water. Will not be returning again or visiting any Microtel hotel again

Staff was courteous and friendly with a good night's sleep offered.

Due to covid, breakfast is okay but not great.

The location was very convenient, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Jamestown to visit our family.

Was given a handicapped room even though I'm not handicapped (shower had seat in it), the view out the window was of a roof, and the room I was given was next door to a group of noisy guys. (I was a single travelling woman)..I felt a bit uncomfortable and

Nice public space and breakfast area. Large room, nice clean bathroom. Staff pleasant.Nice breakfast. Fruit, coffee, tea and water available in the lobby 24/7. We sat in the public space with other friends until midnight. A good experience.
