The staff.. the front desk was lively, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast service was disappointing...when we first went down...all the chafing dishes were empty..there was one waitress and she did everything she could..she had to seat the people, bring the coffee and clean the tables. We left and came back..same

The breakfasts and dinners we had were delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff was exceptional. The toiletries were of the higher end Crabtree and Evelyn brand, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable!!

The location was not quite as good as we would?ve liked but the hotel itself was excellent!!

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Cookies were good but should not have nuts in them. The other option was not fresh baked.

The housekeeping was basically nonexistent. Beds were sloppily made, nothing was cleaned and they did not come every day.

The bathroom doors on the ground floor were locked, requiring the use of a key card for entry. I'd given my key card to my other guest and had no bathroom options.

Air conditioner made a squeaky door noise energy time it came on and went off. Kept me awake most of the night. Elevator was really dirty.

Clean room

Very loud karaoke sponsored by the hotel until 10:30 at night. I couldn?t sleep and it took the first floor restaurant over 45 minutes to serve our meal for dinner.

The rooms are clean and staff was very nice.

The traffic outside was constant and the noise kept us up all night.

Updated and clean facility! Restaurant is convenient for weary travelers. Love the warm cookies!

Clean room. Nice reception staff on arrival. Comfortable bed and pillows. Surprisingly good restaurant in hotel. Our waitress CJ was great! Good value for the money. Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bathroom. So nice.

An annoying young woman who we presumed was hotel staff kept coming in and out if the restaurant. Blonde wearing a black dress accompanied by a lovely dog but just loud and obnoxious. If she was staff her behaviour needs to be addressed.

Breakfast buffet. Convenient, yummy, reasonable price.

Convenient to downtown

The Fight that happened outside out door at midnight. The one wait staff at breakfast that had zero personality. Never cleared our plates and when we asked for anything it seemed to be an inconvenience. No complimentary chocolate chip cookies.

The staff was very good. Parking was ample and free. The restaurant and bar was very good. The food there was very good as well.

My only complaint is the furniture in the room was very utilitarian and uncomfortable. The beds were fine but the chairs were not.

The dining area on the second floor was the HIGHLIGHT of the entire stay at this hotel and the late night bartender on the weekend. Other then that it was a horrible stay.

The communication was ridiculous, they tried to double charge me and then even gave me the wrong room. When we needed new bedding they didn't get to our room until 4 in the evening and did NOT even change the sheets or anything they just brought new towel

Location, cleanliness and front desk staff especially hotel employee at the front desk was so happy and sweet. The new waitress in the bar area was very nice and funny too. They made our stay!

The pool was clean but the pool room itself was WAY too hot and uncomfortable to be in for more than 10 mins, we had to leave. Other people walked in and right back out and commented on how hot the room was.

The proximity to the Lucy Museum and Comedy Club. Breakfast available at the hotel was set up beautifully. Great amenities for the price and the indoor pool was open. Both desk attendants and breakfast staff were so helpful as well as friendly.

I can honestly say we were quite satisfied.

We found a well-worn, nasty-looking flip-flop in the closet, and there were no ironing boards.

Walking distance to many downtown attractions, including the National Comedy Center.

Broken electrical outlet and a broken shower curtain rod. Beat-up table.
