La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jamestown

Doors to each room were dirty - scoff and kick marks. The door to our room had clearly been pried open. Sofas in the room were very tired. We did not feel safe so we did not stay.

TV difficult to operate. No way to call desk. No.extra pillows

Staff are very friendly and helpful, Breakfast is always good.

I always try and get a room on first floor or closest to elevator because I have my elderly mother with me but its never available.

Downtown. Restaurants nearby.

Cramped parking lot. Limited space in the breakfast area.

Could be a cleaner lobby. Maybe people could hang out at the desk more. Overall it just ok. The staff was friendly.

Beer can in the pool room, housekeeping sheet showing a room there has bed bugs, you can hear every word the next room is speaking, wait forever at the front desk for someone to come there to help.

Good Location, OK Facility

There was a VERY STRONG disinfectant smell in my room. If my wife was with me, she would not have lasted 10 minutes.

The location was great. Easy to get to different attractions

The Wi-Fi does not work and is horrible and when asked the front desk about it was told it's just the way it is and the parking is horrible

It is close to the Lucy Museum and Comedy Theater.

The hotel is located on a very busy street. The street side will experience a great deal of traffic noise. Parking was being resurfaced on Sunday and had to find metered street parking.

the location was good. close to where we wanted to go. the beds were comfortable

even with a more than 30 day ahead .reservation we were told only two rooms were left. each had broken air conditioners. we accepted 1/2 off the nightly rate and 3 fans. the room was bearable. there was no hair dryer. small parking lot

The breakfast had a good selection of items. Check in and check out were easy and the staff were very friendly.

The room had a musty smell. The faucet in the shower was very loose and the entire bathroom looked like it could use an update. We almost didn't get a parking space because there was a car that was towing something that was taking up several spaces.

The computers were down the whole time so we had no key card and had to be let into our room by staff each time we left. Toilet in our room was filthy when we arrived, bed sheets and blankets had brown stains and hairs on them, pool had bugs in it.

Bathroom was nice

They did not give us a room key for our entire stay. We had to be let in our room by staff. There was a barefoot man hanging out in lobby. Not kidding about that.pool water was cold

The location is good and the free breakfast is very good.

Generally the rooms where clean but they smell funky.

Very friendly staff

This was my fourth visit to this hotel and this one was the most difficult. We had two dogs barking across from us and there were very loud guests on the same floor. Did not sleep at all and the purpose of hotels when having to travel is to get rest.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet was good.
