Best Western JFK Airport Hotel

The morning shuttle service to the airport only! The Night time shuttle service was close. I'm in a wheelchair and had to be pushed in the street on the outer curbside(My flight got in after midnight

My drivers license was misplaced approximately 40 minutes,I had to wait for two/three van loads of customers to check in. A customer came downstairs got on his hands and knees found it under the front desk.Then there was a BUG on my outersheet.I have pics

Front desk woman who checked me in¿was very sweet. Also most helpful in allowing late checkout due to evening flight.

Internet was awful¿kicks you out every 15 mins! TV was awful¿kept losing its connection!! Owners/management the worst¿mask no longer needed for those vaccinated and still Covid being used as excuse to not provide airport shuttle service, etc.

Safety and clean

I requested 2room 2 both, when I got to hotel it was just room, I had to take it because I were tired from travel and was night don’t want to change it, not only that they charged me highest taxes 30%. I had to stay couple days before I got 5 star hotel

Everything that was mention when I booked the hotel was a lie. When I checked in the rude front desk lady mention that the amenities are not included. No parking, no breakfast-which was expected due to the COVID, no whirl pool. Poor

There is nothing to like about this hotel!

The hotel uses their rooms for homeless families and is located adjacent to a sanitation facility. They also charge a $26 parking fee in a less than safe area with limited on street parking. This hotel is a rip-off!

It is the nearest hotel from Federal circle, just 10 minutes from airport. Location is good for a late night stay to catch the next morning flight.

Only one bearer is on duty,it appears. He says, he is on lunch interval and so will not come for help to bring luggage to room even at 10.30 PM night. You need to sweat out by yourself at such late hour after a long day journey. Very unpleasant experience

Close to the airport and the breakfast at 5am is certainly a plus.

the every hour shuttle schedule limits the use, half hour would be more convenient.

Close to JFK. Basic amenities. If you have an an early flight its perfect. The breakfast was nice as well.

No sleep. Truck are loading and unloading right next to hotel. 24 hours active heavy trucks traffic. Breakfast Is not fresh. Leftovers from the day before are reheated.

The convenience of being close to the airport and the staff was extremely friendly.

The room was tiny, but I was only there for a night. If my stay was longer, the room would be too small for my personal preference. The water pressure of the shower was extremely light.

Breakfast in the morning was nice.

It was in a sketchy neighborhood and there were people getting high outside the front entry. As a single female traveler, I did not feel safe. Additionally, the lock on my door inside the room was loose and not that secure. Not recommended.

Cleanliness. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Yes! The room was dinky. When we arrived, the narrow halls were cluttered with service carts, so getting luggage past the carts was difficult. The room had neither a microwave nor refrigerator. Frankly, I think was was overpriced, even if it is near JFK.

The price was good, it was close to JFK, had a regular shuttle schedule, was clean and quiet, and had a good breakfast.

The bed was decent and the sheets were clean.

Industrial area with no place to walk.
