The bartender and the breakfast server was nice

The outside of the hotel was full of garbage like a storage unit. The guest was very noisy. Front desk was not very hospitable

Rooms definitely have a dormitory vibe. Lots of glaring fluorescent lighting. No remote available for the tv, notified the staff but they did nothing to solve the problem.

Cleanliness and location. Shuttle to JFK

The only reason I didn’t rate the hotel higher was due to my room being next to elevator. Heard it all night. Staff reported room due to my late check in. Others also checked in late (it’s NYC). Won’t risk stay again. Noise was disruptive.

Nothing. Lobby was nice too bad the rooms aren't as nice or staff.

Staff could use hospitality training all of them. Very unprofessional and need attitude adjustments.

The management was very understanding and accommodating in helping us find parking for our 12 passengers van. The hotel was very clean.

Since the hotel was fully booked breakfast started running out before 9:30. The rooms are a little small. At the location it is difficult to find parking.

Toilet clogged, overflowing with poopy water. Staff snaked toilet and then cleans with single towel which did not actually clean at all. Super gross. Very rude shuttle driver.

This has to be the best airport hotel near JFK for price and comfort. They?ve thought of everything from the great lobby area to very comfortable beds and a shuttle

A bit too close to the road, so it was at times noisy.

The hotel room was very clean.

Staff not sure about and diwd not mention the 5 AM shuttle pick-up. Found out about if from a fellow customer.

Room was good

Visitor parking was disappointing, no parking for just few mins. Had to carry luggesges by myself, had no cart or no help. Was tough to carry it till room and back during checking and check out. It was also difficult to drag on that carpetDissappointed.

I liked about breakfast and good communication except some of another stuff

Location is near to really big salt and trash trucks parking.

The very close proximity to JFK airport where we were flying out the next morning.

Right across the street there is a Garbage truck company with dozens of trucks parked in a lot and along the street. It feels like they built this newer hotel in an industrial/blue collar area.

The heat in the room didn?t work. The temperature stayed at 63 degrees the entire night which was super cold considering how cold it was already outside.

The shuttle service to and from the airport. Even though the shuttles don't come directly to the airport arrivals The thoughtfulness of the breakfast bags for early departure. 24hrs coffee and tea is great

The size of the room, it's VERY tiny for multiple people staying Limited breakfast options for vegetarians

Perhaps a bell hop as my luggage was very heavy.

Asked for 2 extra pillows at check in and called front desk to ask again and never came thru, eventhough they said it would happen!!

This property was squeaky clean. From the lobby, to the rooms, you can tell that a special effort was made.

There is no view, but that is NOT the hotel's fault. It was near the airport, so that is what is important.

I booked this hotel for two nights with a gap of 5 days. I wanted to leave my luggage so I did not have to haul it with me, and I assumed that since I had an upcoming paid reservation, it would be okay. The hotel refused to keep my luggage .

The hotel was close to the airport and had a free shuttle bus.

No hot breakfast. The breakfast was a grab and go bag. The hotel shuttle only served one airport.
