Decent room, close to the airport and clean.

The shuttle service needs to be better. They say you need to tell them if you need a morning shuttle, however, they don't write it down or plan for the numbers. Not everyone who needed a shuttle could fit in the van on time (it only runs every hour).

Shuttle from JFK a life saver coming in from a European flight at 10 pm. Luckily your shuttle rins to midnight!

It’s a an excellent 3.5 star hotel

It’s very close to the airport. Very accommodating for my early check in due to an early flight. The bathroom was modern with a walk in shower and a linear drain. It’s clean and had the fridge, microwave and a safe. The bed was pretty firm too.

I didn’t like that the restaurant wasn’t 24 hours. There is not much of a choice for dining options. They have a lot of places that deliver. No free parking. Prices were good considering it was the weekend.

The noise coming from the service room did not allow us to rest after a long flight the door was constantly opening and closed and being loud.

Bathroom, bed and room was clean, staff was very nice and attentive.

The room was a lot smaller than expected for the price, and made it a little uncomfortable with our luggage.

Customer service was great. Fanny was an amazing host during breakfast, she was very kind and attentive. Modern decor/interior and quite clean.

No complimentary water bottles available. No full body mirror in room.

The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. He was very friendly, accommodating and efficient we arrived late at night. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a plus. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and beds comfortable.

I really liked the proximity to the airport. The staff especially the front desk lady who greeted me during check in was professional, friendly and accommodating. I will stay again in future. Breakfast was delicious. The lady in diningroom was great!

The shuttle service is very convenient for JFK. The clerk even made special arrangements to get us to the airport for our morning flight, which was Highly appreciated!

The room was quite small. Breakfast was so-so. For a Fairfield at top dollar pricing, it was well below average for the chain.

Proximity to airport

There were people constantly loitering outside the hotel. I didn't feel safe walking and exploring the Neighborhood.
