- Every one of the staff and the shuttle driver were amazing and so friendly.

- the first room we were in was terrible. outside view was blocked by a huge fan, furniture was beat up and room was filthy. Room was facing the lobby where the noise travelled right into the room.
- The air stopped working multiple times and would not go lower than 72 even though we set it at 60 making it extremely stuffy and warm and uncomfortable to sleep
- Pool was closed
