street noise at night was really bad, I think maybe dumpster removal? Also found hair in several places in the room, but otherwise cleanliness was good.

Upon arrival, found dirty cups in the bathroom. And in the morning we found out our bikes were stolen off our car during the night! We were parked in the Hilton parking garage. Police said it happens all the time.….like daily! Beware!

The staff was very nice and helpful. It was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Last, the location rocked.

The location was perfect. Parking garage was nearby (free parking with validation). The rooms were nice and clean. Front desk staff was very professional.

While the wall thickness was adequate, we had a 21st birthday party going until 1am in the room next door. You could hear bottles clanging and happy birthday being sang. You can also hear every time a toilet flushes (the flushing is REALLY strong¿)

Nearly all the front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We checked in early, and our room had a great view. Pool/spa and free parking at the ramp across the street were great. We walked everywhere because it is so conveniently located.

No free breakfast, and not didn't service our room. Had one unpleasant experience with a younger, blonde woman at the front desk- acted like I was bothering her to ask for pool towels (v. hard to come by). Wiped down splattered,dirty walls in room myself.

Was told no charge for my service dog. Then they charged me anyway. Hotel employee at the front desk was rather rude when I called to find out what I was charged for after I left. She blamed it on her manager and then never passed on a message for a call

Keurig machine did not work. No half and half for coffee, only ¿non dairy¿ creamer. This is a dairy state and a dairy county. Get rid of the non dairy crap.

My reservation was for 2 rooms but they only had 1. Added the second with no problem.

Everything was so clean. Beds were comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect.

The service for breakfast was awful. Seemed to be understaffed.

Very warm, kind and accommodating staff! Terrific location to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. Very close to Cornell Univ. and Ithaca College if visiting the campuses.

Very convenient to restaurants and adult beverage options.

Little disappointed that the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovations. Ask before booking.

Sliding shower door in 833 won¿t stay closed Front desk person didn¿t program key correctly, I had to go back Guest coffee & tea is halfway down the hallway to Starbucks so I just went to Starbucks. Room frig too loud Parking in garage across street

The king size bed.

The room had a very nasty odor as soon as you walked through the door. Staff did nothing when told. Bathroom had no window or fan. Nothing extra in room( example: had to ask for TP because we were given a nearly empty and half full roll. No extra blanket.

Beds and pillows were the best of our 5-hotel trip. I liked the modern window shades. It felt very clean. Front desk person very helpful.

Keriug coffee filters are wasteful

Extremely clean! Exceeded our expectations due to Covid. Staff was so great-very friendly and helpful. Excellent location-we were able to walk to shops and restaurants.

We overlooked the roof next door but that can happen when you chose a downtown hotel!
