Price was perfect and the pool are was nice

The breakfast was mediocre. When a hotel says there is breakfast I expect something that is hot and a good selection of bagels and waffles.?. The eggs were gross and there was no coffee. Also they ran out of plates and forks.

location near Restaurants and stores, Hotel might have a chance to become Better but lets see what happens...

yes the advertisement explains "Whirlpool" and Hotel staff explains there's no such thing in their premise - Bed was horrible I kept waking up, had less sleep through-out these nights, TV channels kept lagging.

The proximity to stores, friendly staff, cleanliness, and comfortable room.

The included breakfast was much better than expected. And the staff made sure that it looked and felt like you were the first person to pass through the breakfast area. Not ransacked looking like many hotel breakfast bars are. Great staff.

All staff we interacted with were very friendly, supportive. Excellent customer service. Food was good, room was clean. Great location fir our needs.

It was just a place to sleep for the night so my expectations weren¿t super high.

The heat didn¿t work and I ran out of hot water in the shower after about 10 minutes. I didn¿t call the front desk because I had Emmy own blankets to bundle up in. It was just an average room.

My wife has both glutton and dairy allergies and could not find anything but boiled eggs and fruit to eat for breakfast during our five day stay. Egg omelets have cheese in them. Oatmeal is not glutton free since it is made from oats.

Desk attendants helpful and friendly

Housekeepers kept knocking on the door and even came in once while trying to sleep in.

The room was very clean and neat, the staff working in the continual breakfast area was very courteous and helpful.

The walk in shower, when taking a shower the water ran out the shower area all over the rest of the bathroom floor causing a safety hazard for a handicap person.

The staff was incredibly friendly! Hotel employee at the front desk was very helpful and even called to make sure everything was great with my room. The crew working at the delicious breakfast buffet were also very kind.
