Hampton Inn and Suites Huntington Downtown

Breakfast was great. Room was clean.

Someone came to the room to change the tv remote. They didn’t speak any English.

The suite design is great, would definitely use a HI again based on this experience. Breakfast was basically a supped up regular continental breakfast - better than your average for sure. All design aspects of the hotel were great.

The rooms in the front are noisy due to being street level.

our room was the closest next to the elevator so we could very loudly hear the maids carts outside our floor and upstairs rolling across the tile floors

I was to hot and air conditioning was not working .

This is our second visit to hotel It is clean, convenient, comfortable and dog friendly.

The one drawback is the noise level between rooms...our next door neighbor was using hairdryer at 10:30 pm...a double door between rooms might help. First time we stayed there was a fair amount of overhead noise.

Only parking on site option is 20 dollars per car per night otherwise you have to park on the street. Shower head has no water pressure.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location allowing easy and quick walking distance to town.

Oddly, the pillows. It's a silly thing on which to comment, but they were spongy not smooshable. I slept just fine. Hilton usually has two firm and two down-like pillows. These were all relatively hard. Other than that, it was an excellent stay!

The facility was great and at a great location, this is why I decided to stay here.

Being penalized for a simple, mistaken double booking with no resolution. I stayed there, but I had to pay for two bookings because no one would reimburse me for my mistake. Unacceptable. Booking.com has tried to get in touch to cancel but no one will respond. If it is the fault of booking.com then you should not use them because they will be the reason for the poor reviews.

Breakfast buffet was good. Coffee always available in the hallway. Good size room, comfortable bed.

Soundproofing not great, you can hear conversations in the next room. Water pressure quite low in the shower. They seem to push the 20 dollar valet parking when you can just park for free out the back or on the road.

Great location if you’re visiting that area, you could walk to everything in the town of Huntington. Hotel had valet for $20 a night alluded in and out access. Rooms are like brand new and super clean.

We went here for wedding held at Harbor Club at Prime. It was a nice hotel, big rooms, clean and a breakfast with many choices.

I wanted to take a bath and the plug in the tub would not stay down, so it was impossible because the water drained fast. The bathroom door did not close either… it was a slider type door that was stuck. The hotel was a bit pricey considering we paid less for hotels in Manhattan/Times Square area.

The property was in an amazing location, walking distance area from the town. Just renovated and a beautiful building.
