This newly renovated Horseheads hotel is less than 5 miles from the Elmira-Corning Regional Airport. Guests can swim in the indoor pool or enjoy a daily continental breakfast of eggs, waffles, bagels and other options. Rooms at Country Inn and Suites have cable TV, an private bathroom and coffee-making facilities. Guests in the suite can enjoy a sofa bed, refrigerator, microwave and separate sleeping area. The hotel has a fitness center and hot tub open to guests. Newspapers are provided in the morning and free Wi-Fi is also available. Country Inn and Suites Big Flats – Elmira is 15 minutes’ drive from Elmira College and also is 15 minutes’ walk from shopping at the Arnot Mall.

- Enjoy the rooms having a separate TV / sitting aewa
- The room was clean.
- Very nice and helpful staff.
Cons -

- There were not enough towels in the room. There was no hair dryer in the room, although the website said there would be. Before booking I read the amenities, there was supposed to be a library, this consisted of 4 books on a self in the lobby.
- The pool was ice cold, much too cold to swim.
