- The house keepers and staff were amazing
- We came from Chicago to attend a funeral service, After our check out, they allow us to make our dress change in the afternoon too. Thanks for the front desk staff. Very co operative staff. We come again this hotel in future. Very good location.

- We were not aware that this hotel housed homeless. Though quiet, there were always sevetal who hung out in the lobby seating area by the TV and breakfast area all day. Breakfast ?left much to be desired.? For 36 hours there was no operational elevator.
