- Clean sheets and towels
- Nothing!! You have to pay for parking, pets, water, everything!!! Nothing is included, NOT SUITES, regular room with a sofa, no microwave no Nothing, is the worst
- Hotel employee was amazing. She made sure we were well taken care of. She has an amazing personality and beautiful smile. Her presence is so welcoming. Even after she left for the night the other staff members were so awesome.
Cons -
- Bed smelled like urine Heat didn?t work; had to switch TV needs to be updated to a Smart TV
- TVs are old! Need smart TVs!!
- I've been in Hyatt hotels a lot of times, but this one particularly is the worst, they charge you for everything, parking, pets, water etc, that never happened to us before, and the room is supposed to be a suite and it was a really small regular room
