Pros +
- The restaurant within was amazing. Easy access to entrance. Large spacious room. Microwave/Fridge. Comfy mattress. Room was well heated(visited in fall)
- Nothing
- no safety bars in shower nothing to grab on to
Cons -
- Seemed to be a lot of extended stay guests or long-term tenants that loitered around parking lot and entrance, making it uncomfortable to come and go through the entrances.
- It wasn't clean
- Me, my Mother and two sons showed up to the hotel and we were very un happy. First and foremost while we were getting our bags out of the car there was a group of people doing drugs outside the hotel. When we got into the hotel it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana and was dirty. The rooms had the same sort of smell and were unclean as well. The doors had trouble closing and felt un-secured. One of the rooms had the safety lock busted off. The shower curtain had brown water residue on it and the corner of the tub had mildew. After a half hour of getting into our rooms we left that night in search of another place to stay as myself, My Mother and 8 and 11 year old sons felt very unsafe. After talking with locals after leaving, we were told the hotel is being used to house homeless people in the area, and the police are called there for drug & disputes. They mentioned that there were some drug overdoses as well recently. A couple days after we left I was told the cops were called for a drug overdose the night we left. I will be calling for a full refund. FYI, the pictures I’m sharing is just a small reflection on how unclean it is, and doesn’t showcase the unsafe atmosphere. I wasn’t able to get more photos due to leaving in a hurry. I’m surprised booking.com even has this on their website.
