Best Western Flushing-LaGuardia

This hotel came through after our flight was delayed and then ultimately canceled close to midnight, they were very nice and friendly.

Location. Easy access to mall and food locations.

Carpet was dirty, water too a while to drain from bathtub. No microwave. But a convenient place to stay for a 2 or 3 day.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms

The lack of parking and the breakfast choices were not too good, especially if you have dietary restrictions

No hot water in the bath. Iron was not in usable condition. When contacted helpdesk, they just hanged up saying house keeping is not in shift now and we cant help.

We were attending 2 baseball games at Citi Field, about a 15 minute walk. It was also close to shopping and many restaurants. The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful.

Little onsite parking but a reasonably priced garage right next door. The entrance is a little dated.

Front desk personnel were friendly. Set the tone for my stay.

My room was a little small with no microwave but this is NYC.

My wife and kid got bitten by bed bugs, but the owner kindly changed the room.

No internet during my stay. I could not work on what I was supposed to do.

Bath tubs not working,in the cabinet drawer we found the cockroach. Carpet not clean

Cleanliness & breakfast

There was a financial discrepancy that was dealt with and resolved. Always keep & " check your receipts ".

The hotel did not had parking Nearby parking was too expensive .Breakfast was ok but Could have a few more choices for breakfast.

It's affordable and the room is clean. They even provide shampoo which I didn't expect.

The receptionist took a little bit long time to process the check in

The room are big, clean and convenient, easy to go arround.

The receptionist are rude and unskilled, and no attitude.Poor service to customer.

Distance from Citi Field

No parking, one of the front desk women was pretty rude and yelled when she talked.

Hotel was very convenient to and from the subway walking distance I enjoyed the area the staff was all perfect

Some of the staff were friendly, others not so much. It was located close to highways, airport, transit.

No parking or space to unload available for guests. Some of the staff were quite unfriendly. Hotel lobby smelled of smoke and was dirty. Beddings were stained. My room was not serviced while I was there. Breakfast options very limited.

The room was very outdated. The toilet paper holder was broke.showercurtin looked old. I found a dirty q-tip on the floor in the bathroom. My blanket and my daughters blanket was ripped.The wxtra lock on door was broken.

The fact that I was able to switch to another room was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room 304 didn’t have working WiFi. It would go in and out, mostly out. The remote for the tv or the tv itself didn’t work. I tried 4 different remotes. The second room 208 didn’t have a door security guard.

Quick to take your money.

Staff not friendly at all. I ask questions and got dirty looks. Sink in the room was about to fall off wall. On website it said they had parking no such thing I was told to park across street in parking garage. Never again.

It was nice room staff were friendly.

that it did not have a microwave and refrigerator in rooms if the guest wanted to bring food back from a dinner they had earlier they couldn't cause you had no where to warm it up and no where to store left overs because there were no refrigerator.
