- Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
- The maintenance staff was very pleasant and friendly. Can’t say the same for the front desk people.

Cons -
- The door to my room was sticking (room #208). I had to push my shoulder against it to open. One sheet on 1 of the beds had a blood stain. The towel hook in the bathroom fell off the wall. The coffee pot had warm coffee, never hot, and no microwave to heat it up.
- We had prepaid for the room then were charged mistaken,y $1,500 to which we barely got an apology, they then charged our card the $100 for “incentidentals” but were told we wouldn’t receive back the credit they mistakenly charged for 3 days. The fitness center was closed and I only found out about that when waiting for the elevator to find it was out of service with no notices on the doors until I walked down the stairs to the front desk to find out. There were no cups at all in the room however an ice bucket was present and we were told that since there is no longer a coffee machine in the room they stopped putting cups there too? (Does anyone not rinse after brushing teeth?) as we were checking out, I put the room key in the jar that was marked, then a person behind the desk grunted at me since he was busy on the phone, no thank you for staying with us is was pretty much a grunt to get out. These folks need to learn hospitality. Sorry for all the negativity but things should change!

You can hear everything inside and outside. It made for a very rough night of sleep. The "breakfast" is sad. I thought when it said breakfast was included, it would be the normal continental breakfast. Instead it was very rubbery hard boiled eggs, plain bagels, some pastries, yogurt and cereal. It will do if you're into a very carb laden breakfast. Definitely would not stay there again for the price range.
