The breakfast offerings were outstanding with an especially good variety of fresh fruit of the highest quality and ripeness. The room was outstanding and very clean, quiet and pleasant. The bed and bedding were exceptionally clean and comfortable.

While the shower was very clean and of good size and design, the floor surface was just a tad slippery. I am an old man with two artificial hips and, if I were to fall on a hard tile floor, it might change my life for the worse. Pack your shower shoes:)

Remodeled rooms were beautiful

Beds were terribly uncomfortable! WAY too soft. And customer service sucked! Asked for a wake up call and the front desk asked if they should come up to my room to show me how to set the clock.

The spaciousness of the room. This room was better laid out than the other room I received. Location is 10 minutes to Yellow Brick Road ; 5 minutes to Green Lakes. Bagged breakfast is better than some.

Although there are stores across the street there are few restaurants in the immediate area. A few miles from 481 and even further for the Thruway.

The suite was large and spacious. The bathroom was large as well with a jetted tub. Real cups and glasses. Hotel much better than expected.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, and fresh cookies everyday at 4pm.

I don't like the pillows. They are way too soft, but that is a minor complaint.

My family and I loved the overall character of the lobby and the restaurant. My daughter wanted to get back each day around 3 PM to get the fresh baked cookies! We are already planning on staying there again this summer. PS:I am from Weston, FL not CT!

I honestly cannot think of a single complaint. The only thing that disappointed me was learning that the staircase in the restaurant was being removed.

Hotel was quiet and peaceful, and in a good location for our trip. The hotel is planning upgrades for next year!

The carpeting in hallways needs replacement. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room.

Very Comfortable room,(we were upgraded to a bit larger room). Excellent furnishings, all Stickley both in the room and the lobby.

For a hotel of this caliber and price i eould have expected a complimentary breakfast. Even the "grab and go" breakfast of danish and fruit was five dollars. The bathrooms were not as large or nice as the rest of the room and the tub wall was a bit high.

No refrigerator in room. Tasteless decaf in lobby and room. At these prices, should have included breakfast (they offer a 20% discount on breakfast).

Very clean and well kept, very comfortable beds, restaurant was outstanding. Was only there one night, but would have been comfortable for many!

When we checked in, the info on the reservation was incorrect. Name and phone number were correct. Address and incorrect credit card were not mine. Made me nervous about giving my own credit card. For the price, would be nice to have coffee w/ real milk
