- It was so close to the airport and the shuttle was great. The staff was friendly the room was very nice and clean.
- It was VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WERE POLITE! The restaurant downstairs was really nice and they provided complimentary breakfast. There was a FREE SHUTTLE to and from the airport and the bus stop was a 5 minute walk away. Our beds were made DAILY!
- I think the staff that you have currently are amazing they go beyond service to make sure that you stay is as comfortable as possible. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. And accommodating.
Cons -
- No. I was AMAZED that the incidentals were only $100 for the entire stay and NOT PER NIGHT like the hotels in the city. THE ALOFT WAS TRULY AN AMAZING STAY.
- The elevators are an issue. They are very slow, and that¿s the only downfall regarding the service and the hotel accommodation.
