The hallways smelled like smoke. My room smelled like urine and mildew. The bathroom was dirty. The floor was dirty.

Call the hotel n got their scheduler and talked to a Calvin who was very rude

Close proximity to family functions!

The lamp shade was old and broken. The sink faucet leaked. The shower rod was bent down causing curtain to drift to center leaving it open. The table lamp electrical outlet didn¿t work. The computer system was down and had to be rebooted while I check in!

Location is great Bathroom floor was disgusting

Light in room not working, light in laundry room not functioning , minimal breakfast-coffee,cold cereal, small packaged pastries. Juice machine broken. Room was very noisy because of having tile for flooring on upper level.

Location right off the NY state thruway. stores & fast food diners available. Boxing hall of fame. small but nice breakfast. good parking. Internet & cable TV.

There seems to be bug problem. we found 1 live cockroach in our room. I hope they solve the problem. we really like staying there.

The parking lot was dirty, Cigarette butts, cups, paper, just trash in general covered the parking lot. 2 hours once a week with a blower would work wonders!

At 12 am bridge construction ended at 6 am. The hotel did call the police to stop the pounding. The noise kept me from sleeping.

The location was convenient to the highway and there is a Dunkin next door.

The room was in rough shape and not entirely clean. I didn't want to use the shower and the baseboards had splatters of dirt (?) on them. Everything could use updating and the hallways smelled like smoke and cleaning products.

The location was good and the staff who checked us in was very nice.

The first room we received was dirty. There was a pile of dirt under the desk and the bath tube was filthy. We asked to get a new room and that was a tiny bit ok until I looked at the tub and found little hairs in it.

Shower curtain did not stay closer shower did not drain staff were not very pleasant we stayed on room 128 down on the end first floor

Breakfast included consisted of Honey Buns, powdered donuts, and mini muffins¿. All prepackaged. ¿Supply chain issues¿ was the reason I was quoted.

We stop here at least once a year on our travels and are very comfortable staying here. It's right off Rt 90 Thruway with a gas station and places to eat. Just down the road (a couple of minutes by car) are grocery stores and other village amenities.

The staff was friendly.

The heat/air conditioning in our room was malfunctioning. A cockroach in the bathroom. The bed base squeaked at the slightest movement. The bathtub could not be stopped up. Complained at the front desk and was told that was "normal".

Staff was friendly and got me checked in quickly. Rooms are pretty small but the furniture, bathroom, and bedding were clean and tidy. Overall decent room.

Location is a little iffy only because the NYS Thruway is 50 yards away. You hear traffic, especially trucks, non stop all day and night. They aren't super loud and disruptive but you can hear them quite well.

Close to museum we were there to visit and provided free tickets for admission to the museum

Room wasn’t clean. Property had litter and cigarette butts on every side of the hotel.
