- Great customer service
- This was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept it. So much so that I pulled the covers down to find the brand. The pillows were the same! The funky interior design and artwork throughout the hotel were exquisite.
Cons -
- Nope
- Door code on front door was a hassle and took six or more times to open.
- Contactless check in was a new experience for me. There is a learning curve. The only staff at hotel is housekeeping, who were nice and helpful, so you have to text and call if you have questions or concerns. You may have to wait for responses.
