- The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big for New York.
- Great location. Very nice and helpful staff. Large clean room. Good continental breakfast and free coffee even if you don't want to pay the $10 for the breakfast. We love this hotel

- The breakfast staff was rude and questioned my word when I said I paid for breakfast
- Room layout and features a little odd. Needs power block on desktop to provide power and USB. Single wall outlet below the desk is not enough nor handy. Bathroom is very small; shelf for personal items is over the toilet. Liquid soap not near sink.
