Location, places to eat and shop, easy access, room was small, but very nice and super clean. It was a bit expensive, but understand due to Fashion week. Will most likely stay there again next year.

To be able to celebrate my birthday here at this hotel was a great first experience. This hotel has a excellent staff. Their respectful and nice. The room is very clean. The cleaning people come periodically. Give it take every 30 minutes or 10 minutes, but still, it’s good.

Not bad for the price, The hotel is located in Korean town, so many don't speak English. Parking isn't easy but there is a parking lot across the road. I felt safe and the hotel staff was nice.

Friendly and helpful staff
Location. Elevator wasn't working for a few hours on a particular day . I had to walk up 4 flights of steps (I have a disability). Staff was unaware maintenance on ekevatorvwas goingvto happen. So they weren't able to give prior noticevto guests.Bathroom sink was not draining properly for 2 days.Breakfast was mostly sweet items. Cheesecake, brownies, muffins, Danish. Could have added proteins on some days.

Very nice and clean hotel. Safe neighborhood, and subway very close. Staff of the hotel was helpful and nice. Good place to stay;)

The room was clean
The hotel was actually nice they serve breakfast I think it's called a continental breakfast mostly pastries if you're looking for eggs they're not giving you eggs or pancakes or waffles
